The purpose of our factory is to provide customers with a complete package, from raw material all the way to a packaged product.
Data-Mate Studio offers all services relating to the authoring and mastering of DVDs. The studio has worked in conjunction with the factory since 2001 when we got our first authoring equipment. Since then thousands of DVD-5 and DVD-9 disks have been made, from movies and TV series to company presentations and commercials. Our studio excels at speed, high expertise and flexibility. With us each project is done professionally according to the customer’s wishes.
Manufacturing of DVDs
We have modern studio equipment from Sonic Solutions that we use to manufacture high-quality DVDs out of customers’ materials. When requested, the authoring department can design dashing menus into disks and animated images can also be added. There are also editing programmes in the studio with which unfinished materials can be worked on. Before glass mastering clients get a test disk of the finished product to review before the disks are pressed.
DVD Graphic Design
The studio also provides graphic design services. When needed, the look of the product can be designed and carried through to complete packaging, all within Data-Mate facilities. In addition to cover booklets and labels we have experience in other diverse and specialised tasks. Combining high-quality graphic design and special packaging provided by our affiliates, a dashing and personalized appearance can be made for any product. Clients get drafts of ready-for-print materials, after which the materials are taken straight to printing. Having graphic design done at Data-Mate Studio is effortless, guarantees the best possible printing results and allows you to stay on schedule.
Since the studio and the factory are under the same roof all phases of the production workflow proceed more quickly. This minimizes delivery time, allows us to maintain contact with customers and makes it easier to monitor the manufacturing process.
